Extension Cabinet
This cabinet is
equipped with (4) Celestion G12H 30W Ceramics.The total power-handling
capacity of the cabinet is 120 watts. We selected these speakers for
several reasons. One reason for choosing the G12H 30s is because they
had the correct frequency response we were looking for. The G12H 30 is a
true representation of an old G12H 30 from the late ‘60s. Another reason
for selecting the G12H 30 is the excellent low-end response.
All
Mojave AmpWorks
cabinets are built from an 11-ply birch. A large “dove tail” joint is
used for superior strength. The

4x12 cabinet is
unique in that we build our cabinet around our speaker baffle. The
baffle itself is fixed and non removable, this makes for a sturdy
cabinet from all around. The grill front is easily removable with four
simple screws. The cabinet is equipped with two inset “metal” handles,
instead of plastic, for better strength. All four casters are removable
to allow for easy stacking. The front grill is made of a durable paper
based fiber. A solid metal nameplate is used on every Mojave amplifier
and cabinet. The nameplate is acid etched with raised lettering. Top
quality at every turn assures the user a great asset value and excellent
sound quality. |

Extension Cabinet
A compact open back cabinet that has a big cabinet sound. Designed with
convenience in mind the
Mojave AmpWorks
2x12 extension
cab delivers an incredibly well balanced bass response. There’s an air
relief built into the back of the cab to eliminate low-end boom. Small
cabinets have low “Q” points causing excessive bass on certain low
frequency tones. By providing the air relief this open back cabinet
sounds much more balanced and closer to its 4x12 counter part. 11-ply
Birch and large “dove tail” joints add an enormous amount of strength
and quality to the cabinet. An inset metal handle is used on the top of
the cabinet rather then a protruding handle preventing “teetering” when
an amp is placed on top of the cabinet.
The 2x12 extension cabinet
comes stock with (2) Celestion G12H 30 speakers. The 2x12 is also
available with Celestion G12 Alnicos and a mixed arrangement, which
includes one G12H 30 and one G12 Alnico Blue. The Celestion Alnico has a
wonderful midrange and brightness quality. The Celestion Alnico Blue is
also extremely efficient producing excellent volume attributes. When
coupled with a G12H 30 the sonic benefits allow for much diversity. The
front grill is made of a durable paper based fiber. A solid metal

Combo Cabinet
The 2x12 combination cabinet is an open back cab design providing
incredible volume capacity with compact convenience. Built with a sturdy
11-ply Birch and large “dove tail” joints. The 2x12 combination cab is
spacious allowing for better ventilation and a fuller low-end response
not common in open back cabinets. A large retractable handle is used to
improve balance and handling. Larger handles provide comfort as well as
strength. Good storage capacity is also found in the 2x12 combination
cab, plenty of room for cords, pedals and needed accessories. Offered in
your choice of (2) Celestion G12H 30 watt speakers, (2) Celestion G12
Alnico blue or a mix of both G12H and Alnico blue. A unique character of
the open back design is the increased midrange response. The open back
cab brings out the sweetness in the guitars tone. The front grill is
made of a durable paper based fiber. A solid metal nameplate is used on
every Mojave amplifier and cabinet. The nameplate is acid etched with

Coyote Combo
Specifically
designed for the Mojave Coyote, this 1x12 cab is lightweight, sturdy,
and portable. Extra room inside the cabinet allows for good ventilation.
An added plus to the large area inside the cabinet is an improved bass
response. Don’t discount this small package it loads a walloping punch!
A solid 11-ply birch with large “dove tail” joints make the 1x12 cabinet
strong as well light. A great gig amp for those who need quality in a
small convenient package. A large retractable handle is used to improve
balance and handling. Larger handles provide comfort as well as
strength. Good storage capacity is also found in the 1x12 combination
cab, providing plenty of room for cords, pedals and needed accessories.
As a recording amp this 1x12 is superior in tone as well as simplicity.
The open back design gives the user excellent midrange character. When
equipped with a Celestion G12H 30 there is a special tone quality that
allows for great bass, midrange and clear definition. When equipped with
the Celestion G12 alnico the tone is extremely chimey. |

Head
Cabinets
All Mojave head
cabinets are built from 11-ply birch. A large “dove tail” joint is used
for strength. A powder coated expanded metal front and back grill
provides superior ventilation for each Mojave amplifier. A large
retractable handle is placed on top of each head cab. Solid rubber feet
provide sturdy and stable anchoring for each head. A quality covering
material is used in an effort to make the cabinets as durable as they
are decorative. We believe guitar amps should be made for musicians to
use, not to worry about every scratch. |
